These Terms and Conditions govern the use of CandidosCarpetCleaning.com and the services provided by Candido’s Carpet Cleaning LLC. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Candido’s Carpet Cleaning LLC offers a comprehensive range of residential and commercial cleaning services. This includes but is not limited to:

Dry Encapsulation
Carpet Cleaning
Odor Control
Stain Removal
Drying Equipment Rental
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Area Rug Cleaning
Carpet Repair
Carpet Stretching
Water Extraction
Biohazard Restoration
Water Damage Restoration

Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking will be acknowledged via email or phone. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Rates and Payments

Pricing

Prices quoted are in USD and are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the rate quoted will not change unless there is a change in the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App and bank transfers. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Late Payments

Late payments will incur a 5% fee for each month the payment is overdue.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation

We Ask That Cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

Liability

Damage

Candido’s Carpet Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages, or stains that cannot be removed. We will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage but are not liable for damage caused by moving furniture or other items.

Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid. In no event shall Candido’s Carpet Cleaning LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibilities

Preparation

Customers must ensure that areas to be cleaned are free of objects and debris. Large furniture should be moved if necessary or arranged with us beforehand. Failure to prepare the area may result in additional charges.

Pets and Children
Please ensure that pets and children are kept away from the area being cleaned for their safety. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving pets or children during the cleaning process.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints

Any complaints regarding our service should be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will address and resolve complaints promptly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please contact our management team.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of Washington State or Oregon State (State Where Job Originates).
